When you submit the enquiry form we receive the name, email address, phone number, company, project type, budget range and message you provide. We do not ask for, and you should not send, payment details or credentials through this form.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs for security and abuse prevention. Our own analytics store a salted, daily-rotating visitor hash rather than an IP address.

How we use it

Enquiry details are used solely to respond to your message and, if we go on to work together, to administer that engagement. We do not add you to a marketing list without your explicit consent.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers that operate this site and our email, and only to the extent required to deliver your enquiry.

Retention

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of our correspondence, then deleted on a periodic schedule.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will action the request within a reasonable period.
